The holidays are just around the corner, which means friends, family and fun times for many. With spirits high, the last thing you want to do is turn a cheerful customer into an angry scrooge. So, what can you do to deliver outstanding service and keep your customers in the holiday spirit? Here are 3 customer service tips to keep in mind this holiday season: 

  1. Provide Quick Response Times: As more people take on the roadways during the holiday season, traffic congestion tends to increase. This can really slow your drivers down and throw off appointments for the day. Your customers aren’t going to be feeling so jolly when they are left waiting around. With solutions such as fleet tracking technology, you can re-route your employees around traffic congestion and road delays so late arrival times are never an issue.  
  2. Be Friendly: The way your employees interact with your customers can say a lot about your business.
