Maid Brigade of Chicago Increases Efficiencies with NexTraq’s Job Schedule Board

Besides improving its efficiency, Maid Brigade of Chicago was able to increase the accuracy of labor hours and hold employees accountable. Dunbar said, “We could provide job validation to both the employee and client by comparing the paper work to the Jobs Schedule Report in the NexTraq system.”
Additionally, once employees knew that hours were monitored, any falsifying paper work stopped, eliminating inaccurate labor costs.
Dunbar also states that the Fleet Dispatch™ application and Garmin® personal navigation devices have improved accurate ETAs. She adds, “Many of our employees drive long distances in between appointments. The improved communication and elimination of double work has made us more effective.”
