NexTraq™ Fuel Card Integration is a simple yet beneficial tool that helps you manage your fleet by incorporating data from your fuel card vendor into the NexTraq Fleet Tracking platform, providing you with a complete view of your fleet operations and a better understanding of your fuel costs and fleet efficiency.
Fuel card integration is a free service for NexTraq customers and activation is simple for our clients who currently have a membership with a fleet card provider. To add fuel card functionality, account verification through the NexTraq platform is all that is needed (clients without a membership will need to contact a vendor directly).
All merchants in our fuel card partners’ networks have been added to the NexTraq platform. Dispatchers can identify these merchants and easily direct drivers to the closest one through a Personal Navigation Device.
NexTraq’s Fuel Purchase Reports help you save time and frustration. The Fuel Card Purchase History Report provides a full summary of all fuel and fuel related purchases, streamlining the retrieval of fuel card data. The Fuel Tax IFTA Report is for companies who have to submit Fuel Tax reports and greatly simplifies the reporting process.
