Mike Scarbrough is the Chief Executive Officer of NexTraq. Mr. Scarbrough’s leadership sets the strategic direction and vision of the company, creating an organization that combines innovation and technology to provide customers with the leading GPS fleet tracking solution offerings in the M2M and telematics marketplace. By providing a superior product offering through intensive research and development, customers connect GPS fleet management to real business results. Mr. Scarbrough holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Georgia and a Masters in Business Administration from Georgia State University. Gil Friedman
Chief Financial Officer
Gil Friedman is the Chief Financial Officer of NexTraq. Prior to Joining NexTraq, Mr. Friedman served as Divisional CFO for Amdocs’ AT&T division, a market leader in customer experience software and as Director of Finance for Polycom, an industry leader in unified collaboration solutions. Mr. Friedman has 15 years of global finance and accounting experience including IPO, mergers, acquisitions and venture capital. Prior to Polycom, he was Corporate Controller with Accord Networks and spent five years in various roles at Price Waterhouse Coopers, LLP. Mr. Friedman is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting from Bar-Ilan University in Tel-Aviv, Israel. Mark Roberts
Chief Marketing Officer
As CMO of NexTraq, Mark Roberts brings more than 20 years of technology sales, marketing and product management experience to the leadership team. Mr. Robert’s mission is to ensure that NexTraq is the number one provider of GPS fleet tracking solutions in the telematics industry. Prior to NexTraq, Mr. Roberts was Vice President of Partner Marketing for Polycom, where he oversaw global alliance, service provider and ARENA partner marketing strategy and implementation. Chris Ferrante
Senior Vice President & GM - Sales
Chris Ferrante is the Senior Vice President & GM - Sales for NexTraq. Mr. Ferrante has more than 20 years of executive sales leadership, business development, direct and channel sales experience in the computer software industry. Prior to joining NexTraq, Mr. Ferrante served as Vice President of Mid-Market Sales over North America with Kaseya, a global provider of IT systems management software. Previously, Chris served as Vice President of Sales over the Americas with Numara Software growing revenues by 500% in his tenure, exceeded 50,000 customer milestone and achieved Gartner's rank of third largest IT Service Desk Vendor in market share. Additional sales leadership positions with leading companies including WebEx Communications, Computer Associates and Symantec Corporation. Steve Pitsos
Vice President, Operations
Steve Pitsos is the Vice President of Operations for NexTraq. He brings extensive enterprise operations and business development experience to his role. He is responsible for all customer-facing initiatives consisting of daily execution of Customer Care, Customer Service & Support, Field Operations, Enterprise Implementations, Order Management and Production Supply Chain. Prior to joining NexTraq, Mr. Pitsos served in leading organizations including QAD, EDS, DuPont, Westinghouse with responsibilities in various roles: operations management, sales execution, worldwide EAM implementations, nuclear electronics engineering, product development and as a systems engineer for the Air Force. Mr. Pitsos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University and a degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from Community College of the Air Force.
