Gil Friedman is the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of NexTraq. Prior to Joining NexTraq, Mr. Friedman served as Divisional CFO for Amdocs’ AT&T division, a market leader in customer experience software and as Director of Finance for Polycom, an industry leader in unified collaboration solutions. Mr. Friedman has 15 years of global finance and accounting experience including IPO, mergers, acquisitions and venture capital. Prior to Polycom, he was Corporate Controller with Accord Networks and spent five years in various roles at Price Waterhouse Coopers, LLP. Mr. Friedman is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting from Bar-Ilan University in Tel-Aviv, Israel. Chris Ferrante is the Senior Vice President & GM of Sales of NexTraq. Chris has more than 20 years of executive sales leadership, business development, direct and channel sales experience in the computer software industry.  In his Executive roles, Chris reported to the CEO in “growth stage” businesses partnered with world-class private equity firms (Board of Directors). Prior to joining NexTraq, Chris served as Vice President of Sales - MidMarket with Kaseya, a global provider of IT systems management software. Previously, Chris served as Vice President of Sales over the Americas with Numara Software growing revenues by 500% during his tenure, exceeded 50,000 customers milestone and achieved Gartner's rank of third largest IT Service Desk Vendor in market share. Chris has held additional sales leadership positions with leading companies including WebEx, Computer Associates and Symantec Corporation. He is responsible for all customer-facing initiatives consisting of daily execution of Customer Care, Customer Service & Support, Field Operations, Enterprise Implementations, Order Management and Production Supply Chain. Prior to joining NexTraq, Mr. Pitsos served in leading organizations including QAD, EDS, DuPont, Westinghouse with responsibilities in various roles: operations management, sales execution, worldwide EAM implementations, nuclear electronics engineering, product development and as a systems engineer for the Air Force. She has more than 20 years of experience with technology solutions for manufacturing and software companies. Andrew Franklin is the Vice President of Application Development of NexTraq. In this role, Mr. Franklin leads the organization responsible for software development as it relates to the NexTraq portfolio of applications including its flagship product offering. He brings over 15 years of valuable experience in web application development and team leadership to the NexTraq organization. Mr. Franklin joined NexTraq from Daugherty Business Solutions where he served as senior consultant for a variety of projects for Fortune 500 clients. Prior to his position with Daugherty, he worked for another local company, Internet Security Systems.
