Maggie Ishak

Maggie Ishak, Vice President of Operations, is responsible for the NexTraq Customer Support team, NexTraq ELD Support team, NexTraq Premier Support team, field services and sales support. Prior to NexTraq, Maggie worked for twenty-two years at Michelin North America in various functional areas including manufacturing, personnel, sales, marketing and—most extensively—supply chain management. Her passions include improving business processes, developing teams to drive employee engagement, and leveraging data and tools, all with a focus on service to the customer. Ms. Ishak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Masters of Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
