Stephanie Skipper is the Vice President of Human Resources (HR) at NexTraq. She brings a unique blend of over 20 years of leadership, strategic experience and a passion for all things HR—especially when it comes to cultivating culture and developing people. Her expertise includes HR strategy, talent acquisition and development, performance management, employee engagement, training, strengths-based coaching and organizational development. Ms. Skipper has led efforts within multiple companies and national nonprofit organizations. Her early career began with the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games (ACOG), a role that first brought her to Georgia. Other experiences include recruitment, creating partnerships and membership management for a national collegiate leadership organization as well as nonprofit administration and engagement oversight within Points of Light’s U.S. network of volunteer centers. Before joining NexTraq, Stephanie stood up all HR/People Operations functions and implemented new HR technologies within a fast-growth Atlanta-based technology company.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University, professional certifications from Emory University in HR Management as well as SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional) and sHRBP (Strategic HR Business Partner).
