NexTraq® has a dedicated Installation and Service Center to ensure that our customers are taken care of every step of the way. All installation and service calls are planned, scheduled and executed from our Service Center to guarantee professional and timely delivery of our services.

As a preferred NexTraq Installer, you have secure and unlimited access to our service ticketing system to:
- Login to review new service tickets
- Accept/decline service calls that have been assigned to your installer queue
- Use our electronic invoicing system to ensure timely payment for verified service calls
- View a complete history of all your NexTraq service calls
Need to perform a field verification of a device? Simply login to the secure diagnostic portal to retrieve vital device information to ensure the customer’s GPS vehicle tracking device is ready to go before you leave the job site.
